1. In 1998 - The first Chinese hybrid rice variety Sonarbangla-1 was successfully commercially registered in Bangladesh.

2. In 2002 - The first Chinese hybrid rice F1 seed was commercially locally produced in Bangladesh .

3. In 2005 - The first Chinese hybrid rice variety dagha-1 was successfully commercially registered in Pakistan.

4. In 2008 - Zembada 3 and Zembada 9 were successfully commercially registered in Indonesia.

5. In 2015 - joint-venture “Asian Agricultural Technology Transfer Center”(AATTC) was set up with China National Rice

    Research Institute (CNRRI) in Indonesia.
